NAPA, California (April 27, 2016) – A boy sustained injuries after being struck by a vehicle at Jefferson Street and Pueblo Avenue, according to Napa Valley Register.
The accident happened on a Sunday afternoon.
Preliminary report stated that a 12-year-old boy attempted to cross through the intersection when he was suddenly hit by an oncoming SUV.
The force from the impact resulted in the boy suffering in a bruised leg and a bloody nose.
Responding paramedics transported the boy to Queen Valley Medical Center, as mentioned in the article.
The Napa Valley Register published that the the SUV driver was identified as a 56-year-old Napa resident.
Investigation remained underway.
