Boy Riding Bicycle Injured in Car Accident at Calvine Road, Barrymore Drive

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (June 6, 2025) — A 10-year-old boy riding a bicycle was hit by a car in a traffic accident Friday morning on Calvine Road at Barrymore Drive in Sacramento.
The traffic accident occurred in the Florin-Elk Grove area around 7:45 a.m. on June 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Child Struck by Vehicle Found Underneath it
The Elk Grove Police Department responded and located the child pinned under the vehicle.
Paramedics responded and treated the boy for minor injuries, but it’s unknown if he was taken to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the circumstances leading up to the crash were not disclosed, but investigators are working to determine fault for the bicycle accident on Calvine Road in Sacramento.
