5 Injured in 2-Vehicle Collision on Lorena Street Sunday
Boyle Heights, CA (April 4, 2021) – Several people suffered injuries following a car accident on Lorena Street in Boyle Heights, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
Authorities said two vehicles collided in the 1189 block of S. Lorena Street in Boyle Heights. Per dispatch, a Metro transit bus crashed into a passenger vehicle. The crash took place at about 8:15 p.m.

Shortly after the incident, emergency teams arrived at the site. First responders found at the scene as many as five people with injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to all the victims, and later confirmed they suffered minor injuries as a result of the wreck.
The names of the injured parties remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the car accident in Boyle Heights.
