2 LAPD Officers Injured in Car Crash on East Ceasar Chavez Avenue

DATE OF COLLISION: Thursday, December 27th
December 27, 2018 – Two Los Angeles Police Department officers were injured in a traffic collision Thursday morning on East Ceasar Chavez Avenue.
According to KTLA News, the LAPD patrol SUV crashed for unknown reasons into two parked vehicles in the 1400 block of East Ceasar Chavez.
Injury Car Accident Thursday in Boyle Heights
Two officers were taken to hospitals following the incident, but the extent of their injuries were not immediately disclosed.
At this time, it is still unclear what exactly led up to the crash. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine exactly what happened here and why.
