BREA, California (July 20, 2016) — A motorcyclist was injured Wednesday morning in a collision with a white GMC pickup truck on the southbound 57 Orange Freeway at East Lambert Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 7:05 a.m. this morning. The driver of the pickup truck stated the bike rear-ended his or her vehicle in the No. 3 lane. The motorcyclist was in the center divider and a black Nissan was pulled over on the right shoulder, but the report does not indicate whether the car was involved or not.
Paramedics responded with police to help those who were injured in the crash.
Police are investigating the crash to determine liability.
