3 Hurt After Collision on Highway 4 Friday
Brentwood, CA (January 21, 2022) – Several people suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Highway 4 Friday morning.
According to an article published online by the East County Today, a green garbage truck collided with a silver Lexus sedan on the highway in the City of Brentwood.
Earlier reports indicated the accident took place at about 5:30 a.m.
The Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters responded to the crash site. When paramedics arrived, they immediately rendered aid to all parties involved in the wreck. After the evaluation, officials determined three people sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Personal information on the victims remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Several factors surrounding the accident have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the crash on Highway 4 in Brentwood.
