Fatal Accident Investigation

Police are reviewing the evidence and trying to determine what exactly led to the crash. At this time, we know that the driver of the Toyota has been arrested on drugged driving charges. Aside from these criminal charges, a civil lawsuit may be filed against the at-fault driver. These facts of course are still under investigation.

Our law firm has fought for victim’s rights and to obtain justice for them for more than a decade. If a negligent driver or another entity is at fault for a collision resulting in injuries to you or a loved one, there may be grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death claim. While this is always a personal decision, for many the financial losses associated with a traffic accident are significant.
