Bruce Acosta, 24, Fatal Victim in 2-Vehicle Accident on San Gabriel River Freeway
Baldwin Park, CA (March 30, 2021) – 24-year-old Bruce Acosta, of Cudahy, died following a car crash on Interstate 605 in Baldwin Park area.
According to My News LA, Bruce Acosta was behind the wheel of a 2018 Nissan Rogue traveling on I-605, also known as San Gabriel River Freeway. When the Nissan approached Ramona Boulevard, the Nissan veered off the roadway and drove towards the embankment.
Our sources indicated the Nissan managed to careen back onto the freeway, but was eventually struck by another vehicle.
Shortly after 11:20 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the site and rendered aid to the two drivers. Paramedics sadly pronounced the driver of the Nissan dead at the scene. The Los Angeles County coroner’s office identified the deceased as Bruce Acosta.

Authorities added the driver of the other car escaped death with only minor injuries. An ambulance transported the patient to a hospital for treatment.
Several factors surrounding the collision remained unclear. For this reason, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate what happened here and why.
