Man, 38, ID’d as Crash victim
FRESNO, Calif. (April 4, 2024) — Bryant Fields, 38, of Fresno, was struck and killed early Thursday in a Fresno pedestrian accident on Chestnut Avenue, just south of Clinton Avenue.
The deadly hit-and-run collision occurred in the southbound lanes of Chestnut Avenue, just after 12 a.m. on April 4th, according to ABC 30 News and the Fresno Coroner.
The man identified as Bryant Fields was found with major injuries in the middle of the road and he died at the scene, the report said.
Meanwhile, the driver involved fled the scene without stopping to help the victim after the Fresno accident on Chestnut Avenue.
Investigators are working to locate the suspect and seeking help from the public.
