Woman Critically Injured in Buena Park Car Accident
BUENA PARK, Calif. (Jan. 1, 2019) — A woman was critically injured Tuesday morning in a fiery collision between two motorists on the 91 Freeway, according to the Orange County Register.
The crash took place about 3:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day. A Good Samaritan pulled the woman out of a burning vehicle following the two-vehicle crash on the eastbound 91 Freeway.
The crash took place just west of Beach Boulevard in Buena Park.
The vehicles involved were a black Kia Soul and a silver Honda Civic.
The California Highway Patrol stated there was an off-duty Hermosa Beach police employee at the scene. It’s unknown if this was the person that pulled the victim from the wreckage.
