6 Injured in Buena Park Crash at Malvern and Burlingame Avenues
BUENA PARK, CA (June 17, 2022) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash at Malvern and Burlingame avenues in Buena Park.
According to an article published by My News LA, the accident took place on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck shortly before 4 p.m.
Buena Park police said the incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city. The cars crashed at the intersection of Malvern and Burlingame avenues.
2 Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene. They found a total of six people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Five of them, three men and two women, sustained major injuries upon impact. Medical personnel then rushed all five patients to the hospital for treatment.
A third woman survived the incident with minor injuries. The report did not disclose the names of all six wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Malvern and Burlingame avenues to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Buena Park crash is still under investigation.
