Van and SUV Crash on Ventura 134 Freeway
BURBANK, Calif. (Sept. 2, 2022) — A two-vehicle Burbank car accident happened Friday on the Ventura (134) Freeway near the Forest Law Drive off ramp.
The collision occurred in the eastbound lanes about 8:43 a.m. on Sept. 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials report the crash involving a Ford transit van and a Subaru Outback SUV blocked the HOV and fast lanes of the freeway. The report states the van crashed into the back of the Subaru due to unknown circumstances. The van had major front-end damage and the SUV had major rear-end damage.
Meanwhile, paramedics with the Burbank Fire Department responded to help at least one person with complaints of pain and minor injuries.
Tow trucks responded to remove the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Burbank car accident.
