Pedestrian Hit and Injured by Vehicle at Mountain View Road and Hudson Street Saturday
Burney, CA (April 7, 2021) – On April 3, a pedestrian suffered injuries following a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the area of Mountain View Road and Hudson Street.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the Burney intersection. The make and model of the car involved in the crash remained unknown at this time.
CHP logged the incident at about 8:30 p.m.
According to the dispatch, the pedestrian suffered injuries including wounds to their legs and arms. Responding paramedics rendered aid to the victim at the scene, then transferred them to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Police continue to withhold the name of the patient pending confirmation.

Meanwhile, our sources confirmed the driver involved in the collision fled the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
