Contra Costa County Accident Investigation
An investigation into a collision involving serious injuries may require extensive police work to determine the cause and liability.
However, if a negligent driver caused a collision that left you with injured, you may have grounds for a personal injury claim.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is at fault. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
