3 Injured, 2 Flown to Desert Regional Med Center
CACTUS CITY (March 29, 2016)- According to KESQ.com, an injury collision took place Tuesday morning on the eastbound Interstate 10.
The crash was confirmed to have taken place around 10:52 a.m
As per the article, 71-year-old Marina Aldana, of Phoenix, Arizona was driving westbound on 10 Freeway in the left lane when for an unknown reason her 1999 Pontiac Gran Prix veered to the left, across the center divider and struck a 2007 Dodge Charger that was traveling east at the time.
The Dodge driver, 24-year-old Cameron Curry, of San Manuel, Arizona, was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. One of his passengers, a 31-year-old San Manuel woman, was ejected from the car and was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
The other three passengers in the Dodge sustained minor injuries but were not hospitalized. Meanwhile, Aldana was reportedly unharmed.
The incident is still under investigation.
