SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, California (February 10, 2015) – Two drivers collided and one was hit by a semi-tractor trailer truck early Tuesday morning on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway at State Route Pearblossom Highway 138 in Phelan, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
About 6:33 a.m., CHP officers responded to a crash involving the driver of a maroon Toyota FJ Cruiser that was sideswiped and then rear-ended before veering into the right lane where it was hit by a big rig truck.
Paramedics also were at the scene to assist at least one person who was hurt in the crash. The driver of a white pickup truck struck the Toyota and suffered major front-end damage.
“Hopefully all those injured in this crash have a full recovery,” said Attorney James Johnson.
