At Least 1 Badly Hurt After Traffic Collision on Highway 4 Saturday
Calaveras County, CA (May 8, 2021) – A traffic accident involving a motorcycle rider occurred Saturday afternoon on State Route Highway 4, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Our sources indicated a motorcyclist crashed with a silver Ford Focus on SR-4 at Hunt Road. The CHP logged the incident at approximately 5:10 p.m.

When emergency teams arrived at the location, they found the motorcycle rider ejected onto the roadway and with injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to the man, then later called for an air ambulance to transport the patient to a hospital. The name of the injured motorcyclist, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.
Several factors surrounding the collision have not been revealed thus far. At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the motorcycle accident in Calaveras County.
