Multi-Vehicle Calistoga Rollover Crash on St. Helena Highway (29)

 Calistoga Car Accident Highway 29, Azalea Springs Way (July 1)CALISTOGA, Calif. (July 1, 2021) —  A Calistoga car accident on Highway 29 Thursday morning left at least one person with injuries.

The crash happened about 6:50 a.m. on July 1st on St. Helena Highway (29) near Azalea Springs Way, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The drivers involved in the Calistoga car accident on Highway 29 include a white GMC pickup truck, a Nissan Versa, a dark blue SUV and a white sedan. The car and SUV both overturned during the collision, blocking the northbound lanes of the highway. Also, the pickup truck had major front-end damage following the collision.

Shortly after the crash the driver in the dark blue SUV managed to crawl out of the vehicle, police said. The CHP requested at least one ambulance due to reports of injuries. Also, officials issued a SigAlert due to lanes on both sides of the highway being blocked.

Tow trucks removed three of the vehicles from the Calistoga car accident on Highway 29.

Meanwhile, investigators seek to determine the cause of the crash and liability.
