1 Injured in Cameron Park Car Crash on Bass Lake Road Wednesday
EL DORADO COUNTY, CA (May 27, 2021) – A car crash injured at least one person on Bass Lake Road in Cameron Park.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on May 26 at about 12:20 p.m.
According to CHP, a Toyota sedan and another vehicle collided in Cameron Park. The two crashed for an unknown reason at 2361 Bass Lake Road.
2 Cars Collide Near Elementary School
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near the Green Valley Elementary School. They found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the incident. The name of the wounded party and their condition at this time were not disclosed.
Meanwhile, CHP forced a section of Bass Lake Road to close following the wreck. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Cameron Park crash.
