1 Injured in Crash at Cameron Park Drive and Oxford Road
CAMERON PARK, CA (July 4, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Cameron Park Drive and Oxford Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 1:45 p.m.
The incident happened on July 3 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of Cameron Park Drive and Oxford Road.
2 Cars Collide in Cameron Park
CHP described the cars involved as a gray BMW sedan and a red Ford truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Meder Road.
Medical personnel then found an occupant of the sedan hurt as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to the Marshall Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area to shut down following the Cameron Park crash.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the wreck.
