Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Camino Crash on Highway 50 at Carson Road
EL DORADO COUNTY, CA (April 14, 2021) – A crash seriously injured a motorcyclist on Highway 50 at Carson Road in the area of Camino.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team received a call about the accident on Wednesday evening. Officers reported the wreck at around 7:38 p.m.
According to their report, the motorcycle rider and a blue Subaru Outback collided for an unknown reason. The two crashed on the westbound Highway 50 off-ramp to Carson Road in Camino.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene and found the motorcyclist down on the ground as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center for treatment of major injuries. The name of the wounded party and their condition at this time were not released.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the Subaru ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck. Officials forced the road to shut down after the collision.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Camino crash.
