CAMINO, California (May 18, 2016) — Two people were hospitalized Wednesday morning when two vehicles collided and hit at least one pedestrian at Crystal Springs Road and Pony Express Trail in El Dorado County, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 7:50 a.m. this morning between a white Toyota and a white Volkswagen. One or both of the vehicles also hit at least one pedestrian on the roadway.
The California Fire Department responded with paramedics to transport the injured to Marshall Medical Center in Placerville for treatment of minor injuries.
