5 Hurt in Ambulance, Car Crash in Canoga Park
CANOGA PARK, Calif. (August 2, 2018) – Five people including three firefighters suffered minor injuries Wednesday night when an ambulance and a car collided in the 7200 block of Canoga Avenue, according to news reports.
The crash was reported just after 8 p.m. near Sherman Way, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The ambulance was transporting a patient when the collision occurred, the LAFD said.
The two injured civilians included were the patient in the ambulance and the driver of the other vehicle. It’s unknown what led to the crash or who is liable.

At this time, we do not know who had the right-of-way in the roadway. There are certainly many unanswered questions about what led to the crash and who is liable.
