Innocent Man Hospitalized After Collision at Canoga and Saticoy Sunday
Canoga Park, CA (January 30, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of Canoga Avenue and Saticoy Street.
The CBS News reported Los Angeles Police Department officers launched a pursuit on a robbery suspect Sunday evening. Preliminary investigation revealed the suspect fled the scene when authorities attempted to perform a traffic stop.
For an unknown reason, the robbery suspect collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Canoga Avenue and Saticoy Street. The crash took place near the Orange Line Busway in Canoga Park.
Officials said the accident happened at about 10:45 p.m.
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to the driver of the vehicle uninvolved in the chase. Our sources mentioned paramedics transported the innocent man to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Pending confirmation, the name of the patient remained undisclosed.
Meanwhile, police reportedly arrested the suspect wanted for a robbery that occurred on Roscoe Boulevard.
Further investigation is ongoing on the car accident at Canoga Avenue and Saticoy Street.
