SB Sheriff’s Deputy Involved in Injury Crash in Big Bear
BIG BEAR, Calif. (Oct. 4, 2023) — One person suffered serious injuries Wednesday in a car accident at Big Bear Boulevard (Highway 18) and Moonridge Road.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at around 12:23 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4th, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
One of the two vehicles was driven by a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
CHP officials reported one person suffered a broken hip in the collision and request paramedics respond to the scene.
The Major Injury Investigation Team (MAIT) was also on scene to work on determining the cause of the crash and liability.
The Big Bear car crash remains under investigation.
