Two Injured in Shaver Lake Collision on Tollhouse Road

SHAVER LAKE, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2025) — A car accident on Highway 168 also called Tollhouse Road happened Friday morning in the Shaver Lake area.

Two people were injured including a pedestrian in a solo-vehicle crash around 8 a.m. on Feb. 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A driver in a white Toyota RAV4 SUV went off SR-168 and crashed into a tree. A separate collision also took place between a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle.

Paramedics from CAL Fire responded to transport the injured to a hospital.

A tow truck removed the damaged vehicle from the crash scene.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Highway 168 in Shaver Lake.
