GAVIOTA, Calif. (April 29, 2026) — A driver was injured Wednesday morning in a crash involving a pedestrian or object on Hollister Ranch Road, just west of Gaviota.

The driver reported the crash at 7:26 a.m. on April 29th to the California Highway Patrol.

The initial report stated that a driver in a vehicle was injured after hitting an unknown object or pedestrian near 120 Hollister Ranch Road at Main Ranch.
