Major Collision at Stillwill Road and East Clark Avenue

Orcutt, CA (March 15, 2023) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Stillwell Road and East Clark Avenue, the Santa Barbara News Press reported.

Our sources indicated a minivan and a white Chevrolet Tahoe collided at the intersection behind Santa Barbara County Fire station 26 in Orcutt. The crash took place on March 14, Tuesday.

At Least 1 Hospitalized After Car Accident in Orcutt

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the woman driving the minivan trapped in the wreckage. Responding firefighters worked extensively to extricate the victim. After the woman was successfully freed, she was rushed by paramedics to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria. The hospital listed the patient in critical condition.

Meanwhile, the man driving the Taho and a juvenile passenger both appeared unharmed in the crash.

Detectives continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the accident happened at Stillwell Road and Clark Avenue in Orcutt.
