2 Hospitalized After Car Slams Into Perimeter Wall Near Naval Base Entrance
Ventura County, CA (September 25, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries following a car crash that occurred in the area near the Naval Base Ventura County Point Mugu facility.
According to On Scene TV, a sedan with two occupants slammed into the perimeter wall near the main entrance to the facility. The traffic accident was reported Saturday at approximately 1:05 a.m.
First responders found at least one person lying on the ground. Authorities believed the force from the impact ejected the victim. In addition, another occupants ended up partially trapped in the wreckage.

Responding emergency crews attended to both the driver and passenger. Due to the condition of the two parties, paramedics transported them to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the car crash at the Point Mugu facility happened.
