Car Crash on Highway 17 in Los Gatos

3 Injured in Collision Near Santa Cruz Avenue

Los Gatos, CA (March 14, 2023) – Multiple people suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route Highway 17, the KRON4 and NBC News reported.

Our sources indicated a car crash took place on the northbound lanes of the highway just south of South Santa Cruz Avenue. The exact number of vehicles involved in the collision have not been revealed thus far.

Shortly after 9:13 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all parties found at the scene. After the evaluation, officials confirmed three people sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The names of the people hurt, and their age remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

Police reportedly blocked a portion of the highway to give way to the investigation process. At this tie, detectives continue to work to determine the circumstances that led up to the traffic accident that happened on Highway 17 in Los Gatos.
