We offer our sincerest thoughts and prayers to all the victims who have been injured in this accident.
Failing to stop for a red light does not only guarantee a ticket but also endangers the safety of other people on the road. The driver of the van is being accused of running a red light, which is evidently considered as a traffic violation. In this case, a certain traffic regulation was allegedly disregarded and many innocent people were harmed. Once the investigation process is over, and evidence prove that the motorist violated traffic control signals, the victims will have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party.
