1 Injured After Car Crashes Into Dental Office Along Imperial Highway
DOWNEY (June 3, 2018) – Injuries were reported after a vehicle crashed into a clinic along Imperial Highway Saturday afternoon, according to Whittier Daily News.
At approximately 2:50 p.m., a white SUV crashed into a dental office in the 9906 block of the highway.
Preliminary investigation revealed the driver lost control of the SUV while turning on Woodruff Avenue onto Imperial Highway. As per the article, a mother and her teenage son were found inside the vehicle but it was not immediately clear who was driving when the accident happened.
Medical records indicated a person in the dental office was injured as a result of the crash. The victim was reportedly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of what appeared to be minor injuries.
At this time, investigators continue to work to determine liability in the accident.
