6 Hospitalized After Collision Near Martin Luther King Boulevard
Los Angeles, CA (November 13, 2022) – Several people suffered injuries following a car crash that occurred on South Trinity Street, the ABC7 and KTLA News reported.
Our sources indicated police officers tried to pull over a motorist driving a white Porsche Cayenne in South Los Angeles Saturday night. According to the article published online, the Porsche failed to yield and continued driving at a high rate of speed.
Officials said the Porsche plowed through a street carnival in the 3000 block of South Trinity Street; near Martin Luther King Boulevard. The car hit as many as six people walking along the carnival setup on the street.
Shortly after 8 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the scene. Responding paramedics attended to all victims in the crash. After the evaluation, medical personnel decided to transfer all six injured parties to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation. Personal information on the patients remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Authorities mentioned the driver of the Porsche fled the scene, but was eventually located and arrested.
Further investigation is ongoing on the car crash that happened on Trinity Street in Los Angeles.
