Carlos Chavez, 28, Killed in Collision Near Carpenter Road Tuesday
Modesto, CA (July 21, 2021) – Carlos Chavez, a 28-year-old man, died following a motorcycle accident that occurred on Sisk Road Tuesday afternoon, the Modesto Bee News reported.
The article published online indicated the Ceres resident collided with a Dodge Ram at the Modesto intersection. Preliminary investigation revealed the rider was heading north on Sisk Road approaching Whitcomb Way. The horrible crash happened when the Dodge Ram made a turn from Whitcomb onto southbound Sisk.
Both motorists failed to avoid each other, and collided. The catastrophic incident took place just north of the Carpenter Road exit off of Highway 99.

Medical personnel arrived at the site shortly after 4:45 p.m. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to Carlos Chavez, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died at a hospital.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver of the Dodge.
Further investigation on the fatal motorcycle accident at Sisk Road Near Whitcomb Way in Modesto is ongoing.
