Pedestrian Killed in Willows Car Accident on 5 Freeway
WILLOWS, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2018) — Carlos Morales Garcia, 25, of Los Angeles was struck and killed Wednesday night on the Interstate 5 Freeway in Glenn County.
The crash took place about 7:47 p.m., just north of Country Road 68. Alvin Singh, 36, of North Highlands, was traveling southbound on the Interstate 5 when the collision took place. A vehicle that may have belonged to the pedestrian was found on the roadside after the crash.
The pedestrian died at the scene of the collision.

Police are piecing together evidence and will determine fault for this crash.
