Carlos Reyes, 42, Hurt After Multi-Vehicle Pileup on SR-12 Thursday
Fairfield, CA (April 23, 2021) – 42-year-old Carlos Reyes suffered injuries following a traffic collision on Highway 12 in Fairfield, according to the Reporter.
On April 22, Thursday, a multiple-vehicle pileup occurred on Highway 12 near Beck Avenue. The horrible crash took place at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Our sources indicated 35-year-old Michael Solis, of Vallejo, triggered the collision. For reasons still unclear, the eastbound Dodge Ram driven by Solis slammed into the rear of a Chevrolet Camaro.
The force from the impact caused both the Dodge and Chevrolet to careen across the lanes of the highway. In the process, the Dodge and Chevrolet hit four other vehicles on Highway 12.
Per news article published online, the Honda CRV driven by Carlos Reyes got involved in the crash. Responding medical personnel evaluated Reyes, and determined he sustained injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to the Honda driver at the scene.

Authorities said the driver of the Chevrolet sadly died as a result of the collision. The name of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the catastrophic incident in Fairfield.
