Car Accident Investigation
An investigation into this collision is underway to determine fault. There are many factors to be considered including whether or not there was a dangerous condition in the roadway that contributed or caused this collision.
If a negligent driver or dangerous condition caused a collision that left you injured or took the life of your loved one, you may have grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death claim.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is responsible. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
