Minor Injury Collision at Madison and Manzanita Avenue Tuesday
Carmichael, CA (June 29, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Madison and Manzanita Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Initial records indicated a vehicle struck a juvenile at the Carmichael intersection. At this time, the make and model of the car involved in the collision remained undisclosed.
Juvenile Hurt in Carmichael Pedestrian Accident, June 29
Shortly after 2:05 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the crash site. Responding medical personnel immediately checked the condition of the juvenile found at the site. Officials later confirmed the minor sustained injuries as a result of the incident. The name of the victim, and their exact age remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver who struck the juvenile.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the exact cause of the pedestrian accident at Madison and Manzanita Avenue in Carmichael.
