Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Carmichael Crash at Fair Oaks and Elsdon
CARMICHAEL, CA (May 13, 2023) – A crash seriously injured a motorcyclist at Fair Oaks Boulevard and Elsdon Circle in Carmichael.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on May 13 at about 2:59 p.m.
The incident happened when the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Carmichael. The two crashed at the intersection of Fair Oaks Boulevard and Elsdon Circle.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the other driver stopped or stayed at the site following the accident. CHP forced the area of Fair Oaks and Elsdon to shut down after the wreck.
The cause of the Carmichael crash is still under investigation.
