CARSON, Calif. (Feb. 17, 2023) — A multi-vehicle car accident happened Friday morning on the westbound Artesia 91 Freeway at South Main Street in Carson.
The collision occurred about 6:14 a.m. on Feb. 17th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
One of the vehicles landed on top of another vehicle and they were blocking the Nos. 3, 4 and 5 lanes of the freeway, police said.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the crash, but there are no further details at this time. There were no serious injuries reported following the crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks came to remove two of the vehicles from the roadway.
The cause of the Carson accident on the 91 Freeway, as well as liability, remain under investigation.
