At Least 1 Hurt in Collision at West Avenue and Henderson Road Wednesday
Caruthers, CA (September 9, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of West Avenue and Henderson Road.
On September 8, Wednesday, two vehicles collided at the Caruthers intersection. Officials mentioned the incident involved a silver Honda Civic. Meanwhile, the make and model of the other car remained undisclosed.
Responding medical personnel immediately rendered aid to all possible victims in the crash. Following the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the incident. The name of the victim, and the extent of their trauma have not been revealed thus far.

According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, one motorist fled the scene before police arrived. Detectives handling the case continue to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect.
