Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle Near Latona Road Monday
Cascade, CA (January 3, 2022) – One person suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route 273 Monday evening.
The KRCR News reported two vehicles collided in the northbound side of the highway near Latona Road. After the crash, one motorist apparently got out of his vehicle.
According to the article published online, an oncoming vehicle failed to avoid and hit the man standing on SR-273. The catastrophic incident took place at approximately 6 p.m.

Responding emergency crews found the victim with severe injuries. Due to their condition, paramedics rushed the man to Mercy Medical for treatment and further evaluation.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate liability in the car and pedestrian accident on the State Route 273 in Cascade.
