Casey Boatright Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Highway 49 Thursday
Sonora, CA (March 4, 2021) – Casey Boatright suffered injuries following a pedestrian accident on Highway 49, also known as South Washington Street, according to My Motherlode.
Earlier reports indicated Casey Boatright, a construction worker from Brentwood, decided to head to a nearby gas station for some food. Officials determined the man stayed at the Heritage Inn at the time.
Minor Injury Pedestrian Accident in Sonora, March 4
While crossing on Highway 49, a pickup made a turn from Gold Street. The vehicle eventually struck Casey Boatright. The collision resulted in injuries to the pedestrian, officials confirmed. Emergency teams arrived at the crash site shortly after the wreck. Responding paramedics treated the man at the scene for scrapes on his legs.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the crash.
Further investigation on the case is underway.
