Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Castro Valley Crash on Crow Canyon Road
CASTRO VALLEY (August 20, 2020) – A traffic collision along Crow Canyon Road seriously injured a motorcyclist late Thursday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, officers received a call about the accident at about 5:37 p.m. at the location of 10790 Crow Canyon Road.
Their report log indicated that a vehicle struck the motorcycle rider on Crow Canyon Road, just north of Norris Canyon Road.

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and found the motorcyclist conscious but lying on the ground as a result of the crash.
Medical personnel then transported the patient to the hospital with major injuries. The name and condition of the wounded party were not immediately available.
Meanwhile, the dispatch mentioned that the driver who hit the victim was involved in a separate incident believed to be a hit-and-run. Authorities are still investigating the wreck.
