LOS ANGELES, California (July 9, 2017) — Joseph Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 25, of Los Angeles died Sunday morning in a collision where his black 2008 Audi A4 became wedged underneath a big rig truck at North Ditman Avenue and City Terrace Drive, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash took place at the intersection about 5:31 a.m. this morning. Police closed down the intersection due to the crash and emergency responders were on scene to help the victim or victims involved. There were no specific details about what led to the crash, but liability is under investigation by police, but initial indications are Gonzalez lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the back of the parked truck.
