OAKDALE (February 13, 2017)- According to the Modesto Bee, a deadly crash took place which resulted in a motorcyclist death Sunday evening on Highway 108 at Snedigar Road.
The collision involved three vehicles including a 1999 Suzuki motorcycle, a 2005 Mercury, and a third vehicle.
Authorities report that the unidentified male motorcyclist was riding westbound on Highway 108 before being plowed into from behind by the Mercury driven by Clarence Green, 85. The impact of the crash ejected the man from his motorcycle directly into the path of a vehicle driven by Jose Negrete, 50.
The motorcyclist sadly did not survive the collision and was pronounced at the scene.
Neither Green or Negrete were injured in the crash as both were confirmed to have been wearing seatbelts.
