1 Injured in Cathedral City Crash Near Landau Boulevard and McCallum Way
CATHEDRAL CITY, CA (May 8, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash near Landau Boulevard and McCallum Way in Cathedral City.
According to an article published by the KESQ News, officers received a call about the accident on Friday afternoon. The wreck occurred on May 7.
Police said multiple vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed near the intersection of Landau Boulevard and McCallum Way in Cathedral City.
Multi-Car Collision Near High School
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene near the Mt. San Jacinto High School. They found one adult who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the hospital for treatment of a head injury. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials forced the southbound lanes of Landu to close until around 7 p.m. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Cathedral City crash.
