Cathedral City, CA (September 14, 2020) – A fatal traffic collision occurred Monday morning on Interstate 10, the KESQ News reported.

Our sources indicated a car and a box truck collided in the westbound lanes of the freeway between Date Palm and Bob Hope drives.

Deadly Car Accident in Cathedral City, September 14

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the location and attended to the driver of the smaller vehicle. Paramedics sadly pronounced the motorist dead at the scene. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

Authorities mentioned the truck operator appeared unharmed in the crash.
