CERRITOS, California (April 1, 2016) — A motorcyclist and a pickup truck collided Friday morning in a crash on the westbound 91 Freeway, just east of the intersection with the Interstate 605 Freeway, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 9:41 a.m. between a blue Honda and a blue pickup truck in the HOV lane of the Riverside freeway. Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help the injured rider who was sitting against the center divider wall with undisclosed injuries following the crash.
A big rig truck driver was also blocking the No. 4 lane, but it’s unclear if this vehicle was involved in the crash.
