SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (July 18, 2023) — Cesar Canton, 65, of San Bernardino, died in a multi-vehicle crash at Del Rosa Drive Friday night in San Bernardino.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred around 10:27 p.m. on July 14th, between Baseline Street and Fisher Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver collided into several vehicles before crashing into a semi-truck where it became stuck underneath.
It’s unknown how many people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Paramedics responded and rushed Cesar Canton to Loma Linda University Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at 11:43 p.m. due to his severe injuries. He was later identified by the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the San Bernardino crash.
